Lab review (when indicated)
Pricing:
Initial Consultation: $50
Ongoing Medical Weight Management: $179/month
Prescription treatment options may be discussed during your visit based on your clinical evaluation. Medication costs are separate and fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy.
Follow-Up Care:
Monthly follow-up visits are required to monitor your progress, ensure safety, and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a 100% no-show fee. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
