Simyon Taylor-Hayes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Simyon Taylor-Hayes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Be Seen, LLC. With over two decades in healthcare, her clinical experience spans primary care, acute and chronic disease management, medical weight management, women’s health, occupational health, and aesthetic medicine.
She holds two graduate degrees in nursing and advanced practice nursing, with preparation in family practice and healthcare leadership. Simyon brings a systems-level approach to patient care that integrates clinical expertise, education, and advocacy.
Simyon has completed advanced training in medical aesthetics and wellness services, allowing her to offer thoughtful, individualized treatments that prioritize safety, natural results, and patient goals. Through Be Seen, she delivers affirming, modern healthcare designed to meet people where they are — at every stage of life.

Latonya Lynn Sultzer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
LaTonya Lynn Sultzer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in advanced practice nursing and more than 30 years in the nursing profession. Her clinical background spans adult and geriatric care, cardiac and acute care, women’s health, and pediatric intensive care. LaTonya brings a broad, hands-on clinical perspective shaped by decades of nursing experience across multiple care settings. She is known for a steady, patient-focused approach grounded in clinical experience and respect for each individual’s care needs. A proud U.S. Army veteran, LaTonya values service, integrity, and compassionate care.
