Cancellation Policy
Be Seen, LLC reserves scheduled appointment time exclusively for each patient. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Fees for late cancellations or no-shows:
Medical, Primary Care & Weight Management visits: $50 fee charged to card on file
Wellness Injection appointments: full service amount paid at booking is non-refundable
Aesthetic (Botox/Filler) appointments: full deposit or service amount paid at booking is non-refundable
Three no-show or late cancellation occurrences may result in discharge from the practice. Fees may be waived at provider discretion for documented emergencies..
