Visit for current patients with new or ongoing symptoms such as illness, pain, or concerns. Focused evaluation and treatment to help you feel better. Evaluation and treatment for common illnesses such as cold, flu, COVID, sinus infections, UTI's, pregnancy confirmations, and minor health concerns. Same week appointments available Services may be billed to insurance or offered as cash-pay.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a 100% no-show fee. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
