Be Seen offers a clinically guided medical weight management program led by a Nurse Practitioner — no long waits, no judgment, just a real plan built around you. Your consultation includes: • Full medical evaluation and health history review • Metabolic assessment and medication review • Personalized treatment plan • Lab review (required before first shipment) For eligible patients, we prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your home with cold pack delivery — no pharmacy trips needed. Program pricing: • One-time consultation: $50 • Semaglutide program: $180/month • Tirzepatide program: $235/month Monthly follow-up visits are needed to monitor your progress, manage your medication, and adjust your plan as needed. All medications are prescribed based on your individual clinical evaluation. Lab work is required prior to your first medication shipment and is ordered conveniently through Labcorp.
Cancellation Policy
This is a scheduled medical consultation conducted via secure video. • Payment is required at the time of booking. • Required intake forms must be completed prior to the appointment. • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable. • Treatment eligibility is determined during consultation and is not guaranteed. • Additional lab work may be required before medication initiation.
