This visit is designed for patients needing a more in-depth evaluation or management of multiple or complex health concerns. It includes a comprehensive review of symptoms, medical history, medications, and treatment planning. This visit is appropriate for new medical concerns, complex follow-ups, or when additional time is needed to ensure safe, thorough, and effective care.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a 100% no-show fee. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
