Service Description
This virtual visit includes a comprehensive metabolic weight management evaluation, metabolic assessment, medication review, and discussion of personalized treatment options. If clinically appropriate, patients may begin a structured GLP-based metabolic program with ongoing monthly oversight. Labs may be ordered locally and medications are fulfilled through a licensed compounding pharmacy when appropriate. Follow-ups occur monthly to monitor safety, progress, and dosing adjustments.
Cancellation Policy
This is a scheduled medical consultation conducted via secure video. • Payment is required at the time of booking. • Required intake forms must be completed prior to the appointment. • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable. • Treatment eligibility is determined during consultation and is not guaranteed. • Additional lab work may be required before medication initiation.
