Service Description
This optional 15 minute appointment is designed to check-in with current weight management patients, to identify any questions, concerns, or needs during their progress. 
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a 100% no-show fee. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
